Cassava & Yam Production and Processing is an intensive training focuses on the production and value addition of roots & tubers crops (Cassava & Yam), combined with practical processing into dried chips (cossettes). Participants will learn how to grow, harvest, process, and package root crops for both fresh markets and value-added income streams.
