Training on Herbal Tea Blend Creation & Processing
This program provides a complete foundation in transforming spices into healthy, aromatic herbal teas. Through demonstrations and practical work, participants will learn the science of drying, curing, infusion principles, flavor pairing, and proper hygiene for food-safe tea production.
The course covers single-spice teas (ginger tea, clove infusion, turmeric tea) and blend creation (detox teas, immunity boosters, relaxation teas). Learners will also practice bagging, sealing, labeling, and shelf-life extension through moisture control.
By the end, participants will be able to create tea blends that meet market-ready standards.
