Beef Value Addition is a training program which delivers end-to-end value chain training, transforming livestock into multiple revenue streams.
Participants will Learn:

Carcass breakdown into retail and export-grade cuts

Production of processed meat products (sausages, burgers, corned beef, jerky, etc.)

Cold chain management and safe meat handling

Packaging standards and quality assurance

By-product utilization (leather, tallow, bone meal, organic fertilizer
Location: Abuja–Kaduna Road, Gajiri, Nigeria
Duration: Full Week Intensive (5–7 Days) – Physical, Hands-On Training
