Welcome to Agrodemy Technologies (“Agrodemy”, “we”, “our”). By using our website https://agrodemy.net, enrolling in our Free Courses, ADT Program, or Physical Training Offers, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using Agrodemy means you accept:

• These Terms & Conditions
• Our Privacy Policy
• Any specific terms displayed for ADT or Physical Training

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

2. Who Can Use Agrodemy

To access our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information during sign-up
• Use the platform legally and responsibly

3. User Accounts

When you create an account:

• Keep your login details safe
• You’re responsible for all activities on your account
• Agrodemy may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations
• Password recovery is done via your registered email

4. Our Services

Agrodemy currently offers only the following:

A. Free Online Courses

Agrodemy provides free agribusiness video courses with certificates.
By using the Free School:

• Course content may be updated anytime
• Certificates are awarded only after meeting requirements
• Agrodemy does not guarantee business success

B. ADT Program (Agro Digital Tools)

The ADT Program is a paid digital skills training for agribusiness digital officers.

By enrolling:

• You agree to all fees displayed during registration
• You may join community groups (WhatsApp/Email) for learning
• Training content and duration may be adjusted to improve quality
• Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory completion

Fees are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

C. Physical Training (PTO)

Agrodemy connects learners with verified agribusiness owners for in-person training.

By registering:

• You are responsible for your transportation, feeding, accommodation (unless stated otherwise)
• Agrodemy is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property loss at training locations
• Hosts determine training structure and deliverables
• Agrodemy may replace hosts if necessary

Training safety and personal responsibility remain with the attendee.

5. Payments & Fees

All paid services (ADT, PTO) must be fully paid before access.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Agrodemy does not store card details
• Prices may change at any time
• Access is revoked if payment is reversed or fraudulent

6. Refund Policy

A. Free Courses

Always free. No refunds.

B. ADT Program

Refunds only before classes officially start.
After access has been granted → No refunds.

C. Physical Training

Unless stated otherwise:

• 70% refund if canceled at least 7 days before training
• 30% refund if canceled 3–6 days before
• 0% refund within 48 hours
• You may transfer your slot to another learner if you notify Agrodemy

7. User Content & Conduct

Users may submit:

• Assignments
• Comments
• Feedback
• Uploaded images (for training proof, etc.)

You agree not to upload:

• Offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• False or misleading claims
• Copyrighted material you don’t own
• Spam or harmful files

Agrodemy may remove content at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on Agrodemy is owned by Agrodemy Technologies:

• Course videos
• ADT materials
• Training slides
• Templates
• Certificates
• Website content

You may not:

• Resell training materials
• Redistribute or upload our content elsewhere
• Use our brand without written permission

Violations may lead to legal action.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Agrodemy is an educational platform.
We are not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents during physical training
• Personal property loss at training venues
• Poor business outcomes after applying our training
• Delays or cancellations caused by training hosts
• Losses caused by misinterpretation of content

Training is educational, not a guaranteed income promise.

10. Termination of Accounts

Agrodemy may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Misuse of materials
• Abusive behaviour
• Violation of these Terms

You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Third-Party Links

Agrodemy uses YouTube, Zoom, WhatsApp, and other platforms for training.
You use them at your own risk.
We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of:

• Nigeria (primary operations)
• Rwanda (where Lucy currently operates as a scholar)
