Refunds & Returns Policy
Clear, fair terms before you pay for anything on Agrodemy.
We want learners, agribusiness owners, and partners to understand exactly what can be refunded, what cannot be refunded, and how to request help when something goes wrong.

What can be refunded?
This table helps you understand the refund position before you contact support.

Online courses
Refunds for online courses
Agrodemy online courses are hosted on our learning dashboard and may include slide-based videos, quizzes, certificates, templates, guides, sample business plans, and other learning resources.
When refund may not apply
Once access has been granted to a paid course or dashboard, the course is considered digitally delivered. This is because you can immediately view lessons, resources, quizzes and certificate pathway.
When we can help instead
If you cannot access your course, your quiz is not working, your certificate is not showing, or you paid but access was not granted, contact support. We will fix the access issue before considering a refund.
Physical training
Refunds for physical training offers
Physical training involves real farms, processors, facilities, trainers, dates, logistics and partner preparation. Because of this, cancellation timing matters.
Before confirmation
If your training date has not been confirmed or the partner cannot host the training, you may request a refund or choose another available training opportunity.
After confirmation
If your slot has been confirmed, refund depends on how close the training date is and whether the partner has already made arrangements for your visit.
After training starts
Once training has started or you fail to attend without timely notice, refunds are usually not available. We may help you request a reschedule, but it is not guaranteed.
Matching service
Refunds for agribusiness matching
The matching fee is Agrodemy’s search and matching fee. It covers the work of understanding your request, searching for suitable businesses, checking fit, and preparing contact details or social media information where available.
Refund may apply if…
- We have not started the search.
- We clearly cannot serve your request and no suitable alternative exists.
- A confirmed duplicate payment was made.
Refund usually does not apply if…
- Search has started.
- We have provided a match or contact information.
- You later decide not to contact the matched business.
- You do not agree with the business owner’s own training or consultation fee.
Digital returns
Returns for digital products
Agrodemy may sell or promote digital books, templates, guides, business plans, course resources and downloadable files.
Digital products cannot be returned like physical goods.
Once a file, download link, access link, template or digital product has been delivered, it cannot be “returned.” For this reason, digital products are generally non-refundable.
But we will fix access problems.
If the file does not open, the download link fails, or you received the wrong file, contact us. We will resend, replace, or correct the issue after verification.
Request process
How to request a refund or support review
Please do not send vague messages like “I want my money back.” Give us enough information to review quickly.
Email the right address
Send your request to sales@agrodemy.net for payments/orders or hello@agrodemy.net for general support.
Include your payment proof
Attach receipt, transfer evidence, payment date, amount paid, product name, and the email/phone number used to register.
Explain the issue clearly
Tell us whether it is course access, training cancellation, duplicate payment, wrong purchase, matching concern, or digital product problem.
Wait for review
We aim to review support and refund requests within 3–7 working days, depending on the product, partner response, and payment confirmation.
Exceptions
When refunds may be refused
We try to be fair, but some situations are outside Agrodemy’s control.
Change of mind after access
If you paid and already received course, template, download, or matching access, refund may not apply simply because you changed your mind.
Failure to attend training
If you miss a confirmed physical training without enough notice, the partner may have already prepared for your slot.
Third-party pricing
Agrodemy cannot refund fees agreed directly between you and a training partner, consultant, farm, processor or external business.
Wrong information supplied
If a match or training issue happened because the learner supplied inaccurate details, refund may not apply.
Completed service
Once a consultation, training, review, introduction, matching, or digital delivery has been completed, the service has been rendered.
External platform issues
Delays caused by banks, payment processors, internet problems, Google Forms, WhatsApp or third-party tools may require support, not automatic refund.
