Corn Processing is comprehensive grain processing & value addition training that teaches participants how to convert grains like corn, into multiple high-demand products. Trainings include:

  • Drying, cleaning, and hygienic preparation

  • Milling into powder/flour

  • Pap (ogi/akamu) fermentation and thickener science

  • Custard production formulation

  • Corn starch extraction and drying

  • Packaging and labeling standards

Participants will be able to produce grain-based foods suitable for household and small-business sales.
