1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Agrodemy.net, its online learning platform, physical training marketplace, agribusiness matching service, forms, communities, newsletters, certificates, digital products, programs, and related services.

When you use our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. About Agrodemy

Agrodemy Technologies is an agribusiness learning and workforce development company building a digital learning ecosystem for agriculture. Through Agrodemy.net, we provide access to online agribusiness courses, physical training offers, agribusiness matching, career-based courses, certificates, communities, and related support services.

Our services are designed to help learners, intending agribusiness owners, existing agribusiness owners, NGOs, schools, institutions, training partners, and organizations access practical agribusiness learning and opportunities.

3. Eligibility

You may use Agrodemy services if you are legally able to enter into agreements under the laws applicable to you. If you are below the legal age in your location, you should use Agrodemy with the guidance or consent of a parent, guardian, school, or responsible adult.

You agree that the information you provide to Agrodemy through forms, LMS registration, payment channels, or communities must be accurate and truthful.

4. User Accounts and LMS Access

Some Agrodemy services require account creation or LMS access. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens under your account.

  • Do not share paid course access with unauthorized users.
  • Do not copy, resell, distribute, or upload Agrodemy course content elsewhere.
  • Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Agrodemy may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, impersonation, piracy, or violation of these Terms.

5. Online Courses

Agrodemy offers free agribusiness courses and paid career-based courses through its LMS. Courses may include slide-based video lessons, quizzes, templates, guides, sample business plans, references to practical videos, career documents, and other learning resources.

Free Courses

Free courses are provided to increase access to practical agribusiness education. Agrodemy may update, remove, replace, or restructure free courses at any time.

Paid Career-Based Courses

Paid career-based courses are designed to support learners preparing for roles, services, or career pathways in agribusiness. The standard pricing, access duration, and course details will be displayed on the relevant course page or payment page.

No Guarantee of Income or Employment

Agrodemy courses are educational products. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, business success, income, funding, contracts, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, experience, location, resources, and other factors outside Agrodemy’s control.

6. Certificates

Agrodemy may issue certificates for eligible online courses, physical training programs, career-based courses, QA programs, volunteer programs, and other structured learning activities.

  • Online course certificates may be automated after completion of required lessons or quizzes.
  • Physical training certificates may be issued after attendance confirmation and post-training quiz or assessment.
  • Certificates confirm participation or completion; they are not university degrees or government-issued licenses unless specifically stated.
  • Agrodemy may withdraw or decline certificates where fraud, plagiarism, false identity, non-attendance, or misconduct is discovered.

7. Physical Training Marketplace

Agrodemy may list physical training offers from farms, processors, facilities, agribusiness owners, and training partners. These offers are designed to help learners find practical, on-site agribusiness learning opportunities.

Training partners determine their base training fee and training scope. Agrodemy may add a platform service fee for facilitation, administration, marketing, learner support, and certification coordination.

Important: Agrodemy does not own every farm, facility, or business listed on the platform. Physical training delivery is carried out by the listed training partner, subject to the agreed training details.

Transport, feeding, accommodation, protective clothing, personal tools, or other logistics are not included unless clearly stated on the training page or communicated in writing.

8. Agribusiness Matching Service

The Agrodemy Matching Service helps intending or existing agribusiness owners find an agribusiness operator, facility, farmer, processor, consultant, or business owner already doing something related to what they want to start, improve, or expand into.

The matching fee is Agrodemy’s search and matching fee. What you pay Agrodemy covers the work of searching, reviewing suitability, and sharing contact details, social media handles, or business information where available.

What the Matching Fee Does Not Cover

  • It does not cover the partner’s training fee.
  • It does not cover consultation fees.
  • It does not cover transport, accommodation, feeding, or farm visit fees.
  • It does not guarantee that the matched business will accept your preferred terms.

After Agrodemy makes the match, you are responsible for communicating directly with the matched business to agree on consultation, training, visit, mentoring, or other arrangements.

9. Training Partners

Training partners are independent businesses, farms, facilities, experts, or organizations that offer physical or practical learning experiences through Agrodemy.

Training partners agree to provide safe, ethical, and practical learning experiences, submit attendance or feedback where required, and follow agreed standards. Agrodemy may review, suspend, or delist training partners where safety, quality, communication, or ethical concerns arise.

Partnership details may be governed by a separate Memorandum of Understanding, agreement, form submission, or written communication between Agrodemy and the training partner.

10. Agrodemy for Business, CSR and Workforce Development

Agrodemy may work with schools, NGOs, companies, CSR teams, financial institutions, development organizations, and government-linked programs to provide training, content, physical exposure, workforce development, certification, and agribusiness learning support.

Business and institutional engagements may require separate proposals, invoices, service agreements, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Where a separate contract exists, that contract will apply in addition to these Terms.

11. Communities, WhatsApp Groups, Channels and Events

Agrodemy may operate WhatsApp communities, WhatsApp channels, newsletters, webinars, watch parties, online events, and other community spaces.

  • Members must communicate respectfully.
  • Spam, harassment, hate speech, fraud, misinformation, and unauthorized promotions may lead to removal.
  • Community information is for learning and opportunity sharing, not guaranteed financial, legal, investment, or business advice.

12. Volunteer, QA, SME, Watch Party and Ambassador Programs

Agrodemy may invite volunteers, course reviewers, subject matter experts, QA participants, ambassadors, watch party hosts, and community contributors to support learning quality and outreach.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, these opportunities are voluntary and do not create employment, salary entitlement, or permanent engagement with Agrodemy.

Agrodemy may issue certificates, recognition, recommendations, affiliate opportunities, discounts, or other benefits based on completion, quality of contribution, and program rules.

13. Payments, Pricing and Access

By making payment for any Agrodemy product or service, you agree to the price, access duration, and service description displayed or communicated at the time of payment.

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed purchases unless communicated.
  • Access may depend on payment confirmation.
  • Failed or reversed payments may lead to suspended access.
  • Installment, scholarship, discount, or sponsored arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

14. Refunds, Cancellations and Returns

Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased. Online courses, digital products, physical training, matching services, subscriptions, and partner programs may have different refund rules.

Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details. Where applicable, Agrodemy may consider refunds, credits, rescheduling, or alternative access based on the circumstances and the stage of service delivery.

Note: Once a matching search has started, a course has been accessed, a digital product has been delivered, or a physical training slot has been reserved, refund eligibility may be limited.

15. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All Agrodemy content, course materials, templates, videos, slides, certificates, designs, text, frameworks, logos, and platform materials are owned by Agrodemy or licensed to Agrodemy unless otherwise stated.

You may use materials for personal learning and business application, but you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute Agrodemy materials.
  • Upload course videos, slides, templates, or paid content to another platform.
  • Copy Agrodemy courses to create competing products.
  • Use Agrodemy’s name, logo, or certificate design without permission.

16. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Agrodemy services. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, impersonation, abuse, harassment, hacking, piracy, unauthorized sharing of paid access, false claims, spam, or any conduct that harms Agrodemy, learners, partners, or communities.

Agrodemy may suspend or remove users who violate these Terms or act in a way that threatens safety, trust, quality, or platform integrity.

17. Third-Party Tools and External Services

Agrodemy may use third-party services including Google Forms, Google Calendar, Zoho Campaigns, WordPress, LMS tools, payment processors, email services, WhatsApp, social media platforms, video platforms, and analytics tools.

Use of these services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers. Agrodemy is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, data handling, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

18. Educational and Business Disclaimer

Agrodemy provides education, training access, business learning resources, and matching support. We do not guarantee income, employment, funding, investment, business success, market demand, profitability, visa approval, grants, loans, or contracts.

Any business decisions you make based on Agrodemy content or introductions are your responsibility. You should conduct your own research, seek professional advice where needed, and consider your resources, risks, and local realities before making business decisions.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agrodemy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, courses, training offers, matching service, communities, or third-party partner interactions.

Agrodemy’s liability, where legally established, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Agrodemy for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Agrodemy, its directors, team members, partners, contractors, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or misconduct.

21. Force Majeure

Agrodemy will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, disease outbreaks, strikes, internet outages, government restrictions, insecurity, war, platform downtime, or other unforeseen events.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless another written agreement states otherwise.

Where disputes arise, parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication. If unresolved, the matter may be handled through mediation, arbitration, or courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable.

23. Changes to These Terms

Agrodemy may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Agrodemy services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
