Practical Training on Professional Seasoning Production
This intensive hands-on program teaches participants how to transform raw spices into premium seasoning powders and blends suitable for household use and commercial distribution. Learners will explore ingredient selection, spice cleaning, drying techniques, and both manual and mechanical grinding methods.
The class also covers blend formulation, flavor balancing, anti-caking solutions, moisture control, safe preservatives, and packaging options that meet small-business standards. Participants will practice developing their own seasoning lines including jollof seasoning, pepper soup mix, suya spice, and all-purpose blends.
By the end of the training, learners will confidently produce high-quality seasonings with consistent flavor, aroma, and shelf life.
