Why we created this

As Agrodemy grows, course quality cannot be left to chance.

We are expanding courses across production, processing, value addition and digital agriculture. To serve learners well, every course needs to be practical, clear, well-structured and easy to use on mobile.

📚

Courses must be easy to follow

Learners should not struggle to understand lessons, downloads, slides, quizzes or next steps.

🧪

Feedback must be structured

We need reviewers who can test content properly and give clear, useful feedback.

🚀

Young professionals need experience

Many people want learning design and agribusiness experience. This program creates that pathway.

Program overview

What Course Quality Associates actually do

Selected QA Associates review assigned Agrodemy courses and help us improve the learner experience before and after courses are published.

  • Watch assigned course videos and check if the explanation is clear.
  • Review slides, downloads, templates, guides and course structure.
  • Use a standardized QA template to give structured feedback.
  • Suggest improvements for clarity, usability, engagement and learner support.
  • Communicate feedback mainly by email, while staying connected through the WhatsApp QA community.
