Coordinate training, scholarship, certification, webinars, employer engagement, guest speakers, learner onboarding, and partnership activities across Agrodemy programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate learner onboarding and program delivery.
  • Manage webinars, speakers, graduations, and virtual events.
  • Build relationships with agribusinesses, schools, employers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Support the Virtual Agribusiness Career Fair.
  • Maintain program records and submit monthly reports.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years in programs, partnerships, projects, events, education, or business development.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and WhatsApp.
  • Experience in agriculture, education, startups, or youth development is an advantage.

Manage course setup, learner onboarding, technical support, certificates, YouTube administration, learner progress, and digital learning resources across Agrodemy platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Upload and maintain lessons, quizzes, certificates, and resources in TutorLMS.
  • Resolve learner access and technical issues.
  • Manage YouTube uploads, playlists, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
  • Track learner progress and support completion campaigns.
  • Maintain learner records and monthly reports.

What we are looking for

  • Experience with TutorLMS, LearnDash, Moodle, Thinkific, Kajabi, Teachable, or similar.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and YouTube Studio.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting online learners is an advantage.

Grow Agrodemy’s visibility, strengthen engagement, support learner recruitment, manage digital communities, create content, and coordinate live digital events.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok content.
  • Create educational, scholarship, testimonial, and promotional content.
  • Manage WhatsApp communities and email newsletters.
  • Host live sessions and interview guests.
  • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, communications, social media, or community management.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva and scheduling tools.
  • Comfort appearing on camera and hosting live sessions.
  • Lagos-based candidates are strongly preferred.

Drive partnerships, sales, outreach, proposals, grant applications, marketplace growth, matching services, employer engagement, and revenue-generating opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to schools, NGOs, agribusinesses, employers, and institutions.
  • Onboard physical training partners.
  • Manage matching service requests and business leads.
  • Prepare proposals, concept notes, sponsorships, and grant applications.
  • Maintain sales, partnership, grant, and opportunity trackers.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, operations, fundraising, or account management.
  • Comfort with cold outreach, follow-up, calls, and meetings.
  • Strong proposal and business writing skills.
  • Results-oriented, persistent, and organized.
